Our menu is filled contains delicious chicken and gruyere crepes with wild mushroom sauce, Shopska salad with cucumbers, vine-ripened tomatoes, roasted peppers and Bulgarian Feta cheese, Shish Kebabs with chicken, beef, sausage or shrimp char grilled with vegetables and served on a specially designed vertical rack complete with accompanying side dishes and a dish known as Bulgarian Hot Rocks which refers to the large special smooth stone and holder that the dish is served on.

The Bulgarian Hot Rocks is your choice of beef, chicken, salmon, sausage, vegetarian or a combination cooked on the special stones with vegetables, potatoes and special imported herbs. The dish is naturally low in fat and extremely flavorful.
Daily additions to the menu are also offered and highlight fresh, in-season ingredients cooked with traditional European flair.

The homemade desserts are brought to the table by the knowledgeable servers and are delicious. Mascarpone mousse, traditional milk pie which is similar to bread pudding and fresh fruit are just a few of the selections.
